ARRIVAL INFORMATION BY AIR

Located just 6 km from the Tallinn City centre, the modern Tallinn Airport provides excellent facilities and a wide variety of services to meet the demands of all its customers. Information on the airport: www.tallinn-airport.ee

Getting from the airport to the city:

Bus number 2 leaves the airport for the city centre and port every 20 minutes and operates from 7 AM until midnight. The price is 15 EEK (equals to 1 EUR). Tickets can be bought from the driver. The airport bus stop is located in front of the departure hall. The downtown bus stop is located on Laikmaa street, between Tallink Hotel and Viru Centre which is attached to Sokos Hotel Viru.

There is a Taxi stand in front of the airport. The fare from the airport to the city centre is about 80-100 EEK (equals to 5-6,5 €).

Getting there by car from airport:

When arriving by car from the direction of the airport, you should follow the signs to “KESKLINN” (meaning city centre) and you should arrive to the city centre easily.

If you have been following the direct street (Tartu maantee) to the centre, you should see Radisson SAS hotel on your left. Keep going straight along Rävala pst. until you see SOLARIS centre and NOKIA Concert Hall on your right. Passing the building take the first small street to the right. Please note that it's easy to miss this street. From the first roundabout you should take the 2nd exit and drive straight to the next crossroad. Cross it and in about 100 meters you will see a green wooden building on your right. Behind this building is a 5-storey stone-building, which is Sakala Residence. 

Getting there by car from Narva:

When arriving by car from the direction of Narva to Tallinn you are taking road E20. Arriving closer to the centre and to the crossroad of Peterburi tee and Tartu maantee you should turn to right to Tartu maantee, continuing road E20. From there you should continue going straight, following the signs to “KESKLINN” (meaning city centre) and you should arrive to the city centre easily.
