Sakala Residence apartments are located in a building built during the first Estonian republic and renovated in 2000 - 2001. The building received acknowledgement in the local media for its unique solutions to mix the new and the old, metal and stone. Our affordable stylish apartments are located in the fashionable Sakala street (the name of the first Estonian newspaper), in the very vicinity of the National Opera House, National Academy of Music, the American Embassy, and many label-cloth shops in Roosikrantsi street. In 2009 Solaris Centre will be open in the very neighborhood of our residence, containing multi-hall cinemas, concert and conference venues, big shopping mall and office spaces. Equipment of rental apartments All Standard class rental apartments have cable-TV and LAN Internet connection. All 1-bedroom apartments, 2x 2-bedroom apartments and 2x 3-bedroom apartments are standard class. Business class rent apartments have Digital Television, LAN and Wireless Internet connections. Apartment 4 is business class and apartments 8 and 10 are business-suite class. Parking SAKALA RESIDENCE in Tallinn has excellent parking options right in front of the building, in our own courtyard with a personal keykard. Transfer service We provide complimentary transfer service on request on arrival and for Business-suite apartments' guests also tranfer on departure. Prices Prices are cost effective compared to hotels and vary according to length of stay. All prices are per apartment (not per person) and they include: fully furnished and equipped apartment, fully fitted kitchen, cable or digital TV, Internet connection, stereo, transfer to apartment on arrival by Business class apartments, cleaning and change of bed-linen once a week (in case the stay is longer than 6 nights). By business-suite apartments cleaning is on every 3rd day.
Breakfast Next to Sakala Residence in Tallinn you will find cafeterias and a restaurant open from 8 o'clock in the morning till late night, as well as two shopping malls in case you prefer to prepare your own breakfast.
